This page provides a description of our  management policy in regards to the processing of the personal data of users that visit our website.

This statement is also provided  in pursuance of Section 13 of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003, the code relative to the protection of personal data, for those who interact with the company’s web-based services that are accessible via electronic networks  at the following address:

This statement pertains only to the site in question and not to other sites which may be consulted though links.

The statement is also based on the guidelines contained in Recommendation no. 2/2001, which was adopted on 17 May 2001 by the European data protection authorities.  The Work Group was set up under Article 29 of European Directive 95/46/EC in order to determine minimum requirements for the collection of personal data online - particularly with regard to the procedure, timing and the nature of the information that data controllers must provide for users who visit web pages, whatever their purpose.
